.::. Saturday .::.

Woke up slightly later and walked all the way to the Asian Market area for our weekly marketing. It took more than 30 minutes, but it's our morning exercise after breakfast. We bought green vegetable and stir-fried it at home. Such green vegetables are a luxury here and easily cost three times the price of normal lettuces, which is common here. It's hard to even find vegetables which we're used to stir-frying.

We headed over to Anny's to discuss about the Kiruna trip and to bake! Emma's really good at this, we had brownies and cookies.

Brownie in the making.

Emma, the great chef.

We were rather stuffed after brownies, cookies and tea. We had a simple dinner and I cooked a thai dish, Krapow with chilli padi but without basil leaves though. Henry cooked meatballs with vegetables too.

I miss Singapore food so much already. Give me my carrot cake, stingray and lala in chilli.

Food, glorious food. Food is our only indulgence here but it's still...not the same!
