Upon fitting back into my old dress, I continued with my workout.
I feel so much stronger after being more conscious of what I eat and consistent in my workouts this year.
Got to thank Pak, my ex-colleague, and my inspiration. She's in her 40s, with 3 kids and still maintains her muscles and bikini body through pure hard work and discipline.

Asian girls ought to stop being afraid of gaining muscles. Afterall, muscles uses up more calories which means that you can eat more and still lose weight just because you gained more muscles. Without protein powder, it's really impossible to look like a bodybuilder.
