It was quite a relaxing trip and we spent alot of time chatting and cooking. We had dumplings and stir-fried pork for dinner, it was great! Rita made the dumplings from scratch sometime back and freezed it. I want to learn how to make the dumpling skin! It's one of the nicest handmade ones I've tasted.

This is our 'room' for 2 nights. Rita was really nice to host us and bring us around for 2 days.
There was so much snow and that I really felt like diving into the snow and scamble in it. Hahas. We made snow angels in the snow though!
There was alot of snow.
Did I mention that I love snow?
