.::. Workout .::.

Wanted to share this page from October's Shape magazine.
I swear by squats and weights.
Seriously, now that I sit 10 hours a day, I see my hips and butt expanding. Although squats has helped so very much, it's the only area which I couldn't get back to 'when-i'm-slimmest' inches.
Still, I'm glad that I'm (almost!!) back to 'normal' size. Although I don't think I'm getting back my 25-inch waist, I'm probably more toned than I ever was. Just need to constantly remind myself to cut sugar, avoid fried and junk food (especially fries), cut carbo, move/walk more, workout regularly, do more squats and lift more weights!
